Former Head of Dream Lab Los Angeles at Luma AI, Verena Puhm built the industry's first next-generation cinematic R&D studio, pioneered scalable AI-driven production pipelines across live-action, animation, and hybrid formats, and drove creative development and quality control of Luma's foundational models and agentic workflows. Her work has been recognized by Forbes, The Hollywood Reporter, and The Los Angeles Times.

James has spent 8+ years on the inside of streaming, building platform relationships at Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Roku, and Tubi. He knows how content moves, where it lands, and why it matters.
